Independence Overlay Metropolitan District

The RRC is a volunteer committee of Independence residents that reviews homeowner applications for most simple exterior improvements, considers covenant enforcement appeals, and provides recommendations to the ACC and Board regarding the Design Guidelines and community standards.

The RRC collaborates with the District's Compliance Team by reviewing the results of monthly Covenant Control inspections, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to help ensure covenant enforcement remains fair, consistent, and focused on the issues that matter most to the community.
